Suns Face 3-0 Series Deficit

The Minnesota Timberwolves defeated the Phoenix Suns 126-109 on Tuesday night in Game 3 of their Western Conference semifinal series. Anthony Edwards led the way for the Timberwolves with 40 points, while Karl-Anthony Towns added 28 points and 11 rebounds.

The Suns, who are now facing a 3-0 deficit in the series, were led by Devin Booker's 27 points. Chris Paul added 19 points and 10 assists, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Timberwolves' hot shooting.

The Timberwolves shot 52.2% from the field and 40.0% from three-point range, while the Suns shot just 43.7% from the field and 28.6% from three-point range.

The Timberwolves also outrebounded the Suns 43-38 and had 20 assists to the Suns' 15.

Game 4 of the series will be played on Thursday night in Phoenix.
